On Monday, May 23rd at 5AM UTC, we will be performing some planned system upgrades for approximately 3 hours. During this maintenance window, all billing systems will be temporarily unavailable. This means during this period, all subscription, gifts, and coins purchases will not be available. If you have any questions or concerns regarding this planned maintenance, please feel free to submit a support request at https://help.camfrog.com
In less than 2 days, Camfrog Server will be sunsetted. As stated in our previous announcement, due to many technical and security reasons, Camfrog Server software is no longer able to be updated. For these reasons, we have had to come to the difficult decision to end-of-life the standalone Camfrog Server software.
If you are still hosting your room on Camfrog Server, you can submit a support request via our HELP CENTER with your Server Pro serial, and proof of purchase to get 50% off a subscription of Camfrog Room Hosting service as a replacement for hosting on your own server.
Alternately, if you would like to continue to host Camfrog Video Chat rooms on your own servers, you can register for an account at https://hosting.camfrog.com and use our Camfrog Distributed Server software. If you contact our HELP CENTER with your Server Pro serial(s), we will exchange it with a 2 room/1 year license on your hosting account to help get you started.
Yesterday was a busy day, as many of you know, we had a bit of a hiccup yesterday, which caused many people to not be able to sign on, or load camfrog.com
This was caused by a temporary issue with our DNS provider, however we were finally able to resolve the issue and get everyone back online. We will continue to work over the coming days to add extra redundancy to ensure this type of outage doesn’t happen.
As always, we are extremely grateful for your patience while we work through this, and as a quick way to say thanks for holding steady through the rough day yesterday, we’re making the Frog Fun 2, and Frog Love sticker packs free until December 1st.

We have recently experienced an outage of Camfrog Cloud service which has been caused by large scale DDoS attacks against our Cloud servers. Our networking and engineering teams have been working around the clock to mitigate these attacks. We are working with our Internet providers and while we do not have an exact estimate for when this will be ready, we are hoping to have service back to normal as soon as possible.
We are extremely grateful for your continued patience while we weather these troubling attacks against our service. We will extend all Camfrog Cloud licenses to make up for this downtime. If you have any questions or concerns about the status of your Camfrog Cloud Server account/license, please feel free to Contact Us anytime.
Unfortunately we are currently experiencing an outage across part of our services.
Right now, this outage is limited to only Camfrog Cloud Server. Our engineering teams have been working hard to restore this as soon as possible.
If you have a room hosted in Camfrog Cloud, we will automatically extend your subscription by a week, to make up for this issue we are currently experiencing.
If you have any questions or concerns about this, please feel free to Contact us
As always, we greatly appreciate your patience, and your continued support in making Camfrog the best place to videochat.
Uh oh! We are currently having some issues with our login servers. Please be assured that our engineers are hopping their legs off working to fix this as soon as possible.
We thank you for your patience, and your continued support.
UPDATE: Login servers seem to be coming back to normal now. If you still can’t sign in, please wait a minute or two and try again.
