Outage (July 27)

This morning we are experiencing an outage due to a network problem with our data center.  This long downtime is unacceptable and the data center is working to solve it as soon as possible.  Unfortunately this is out of our control.

We already have plans to make changes to our network and host with a different data center and we are moving as soon as possible so we can avoid downtime like this in the future.

Our support team has been up without sleep now for 24 hours so they are ready when the network is available again to get everything working for you.  Thanks for your patience in this difficult situation.

    These things do happen, Room Hosters get it all the time, so we do understand and once again you did your best, thanks for the info, least you gave everyone a 10 hour break from drama (no punt intended).

    And yes I think we all agree it’s time for a change, so fresh new interface and new data centre sounds perfect!!!!
