Camfrog Mac 1.9 is now available for download. In this new version a slowdown problem in busy chat rooms was fixed, a problem where some users saw upside down video windows is fixed, a crash some users experienced when exiting a busy room is fixed, a problem with profile photo submissions is fixed, and the installer now has an alias so it’s easy to drag the Camfrog app to your applications folder.
If you experience any crashes or major problems with this new client version please go to the “Camfrog Video Chat” menu and choose “Generate file for technical support”.
Did you know Camfrog has been translated to many different languages? If your language is not available please join the Camfrog Translation Project.
Today we have released several new translated languages including Croation, Indonesian, Polish, Serbian, and French (Canadian). These new language packs are available for download.
We are also very close to releasing language packs for Korean, Bosnian, Bulgarian, Estonian, Romanian, Afrikaans, Albanian, Hungarian, Slovak, and Vietnamese but we still need some help. If you are a native speaker of these languages please help us by joining the Camfrog Translation Project.

Camfrog Mobile 2.0 for Windows Mobile is now available for download. This new mobile software version allows you to make private audio calls, send and receive snapshots, and update your profile photo on the fly.
Camfrog Mac 1.9 is now available for download. In this new version virtual gifts now appear for users and rooms along with birthday notifications, a longer custom status was added, file transfer and one-on-one now works with the most up to date Windows client, type @nickname of a user to link to their profile, and Camfrog Mac now has a simplified call button like the Windows client.

Today we updated our Camfrog (Windows) client with version 5.3.215. This new version fixes a bug some users were experiencing and adds two new features. Users can now type longer custom statuses and you can now type @nickname with any Camfrog user name and it will link to their profile. For example type @frog in an IM and it will link to Frog’s profile on Camfrog.
We have now notified all Camfrog (Windows) users that they should upgrade their client. If you have any problems please let us know on this Blog, or report logs to our support team.
Today we updated our Camfrog Toolbar for Firefox and Internet Explorer. These new toolbar versions now work properly with the most recent versions of Firefox and Internet Explorer.
Camfrog Toolbar allows you to change your Camfrog status, search the user directory, search the video chat room list, and locate what room users are in even if you don’t have Camfrog Pro.
