Contact List Problem?
If you are having a problem with your contact list please exit and then restart Camfrog client. We just upgraded our servers and your connection to our database might have been reset. Restarting Camfrog client should solve the problem.
If it does not solve the problem please post your nickname here or contact the helpdesk and include your nickname and a screenshot of what you see.

If your room appears offline under your Favorite Rooms, use the follow instructions:
1 – Open your friend list;
2 – Select the option JOIN CHAT – Button located at bottom side;
3 – Type your room name and Nice Fun.
Other choice is using the Room List and search your room manually.

There are still a lot of issues with this. I’ve been having issues with my SN: BUIC. I’m in Thailand, and I know a lot of my Thai friends are having the same issues. I’ve uninstalled, rebooted, installed again and again, yet both my contact list and rooms list are just offline.

I too have lost my contact for my friends list, and I am also unable to IM anyone. People do not receive my IMs at all. Its only for this screenname, my other screennames they seem to work fine. Thanks

i have done all as said even reinstalled camfrog but i have not a single contact online nor any room online
seeing as i host 15 rooms this is a huge problem for me as i will not know if any room has a problem

Hello I am a co owner of the gay_rainbow_chatroom, our name and several other chat room names are still coming up listed as off line. But when click on the name I can enter the room with no problem. Since this problem has been going on our room numbers has gone down because no one thinks we are online. Please is there something that you can do to fix this issue on Cam Frog

I understand this is a issue but why is it taking so long to fix, this bug has been in affect over a week now and half of rooms on people favorites are marked offline and there actually not offline.
It not only affects rooms it affects users not knowing of these problems!
You know Camfrog just doesnt care anymore and this issue should be dealt with as a serious issue *TOP LEVEL*
I see PAP always on line saying in his comments that hes got over 2000 emails ( whats the joke ) he is the programmer and your going to tell us that nothing can be done since hes online almost 12hours a day !
If PAP cant fix the problem, Hire A C++ PROGRAMMER Someone Right now with all the money that CAMFROG GENERATES PER DAY from all the users like myself Get The JOB DONE MR TOS aka JOHN OF CAMFROG!

Same problem as the rest,
250 contacs disapeared over night
19 rooms disapeared

HELIA was the only 1 that was on my contact list that answered my message this afternoon since i dont have anyone else added cause of this issue or bug

big big issue here about this new camfrog geographical zones… i am from the philippines and 4 days ago, i was enjoying roaming around each zones from asia to north america but now i dont know what had happened because if i’l click on the room lists, the only zone that exist is the Philippine zone… this is not fun anymore… no way i can go to china, thailand and european zones anymore… it reallysucks bigtime because iv been playing camfrog for almost a year now… boooooooo

I’m Thai in HK, now I can only view “China” rooms..It happended almost 2 weeks.. If you have money issue to get people to buy your Pro package, pls do not say “camfrog is free forever.!!!”…I feel like being tricked.

i am writing, be cause ihave a concern with regard to rooms divisions made recentely in africa.
for languages rerpuse and other issues, i9 feel that the changes made recentely is not adequate! for example:
africa should have countries from south of the continent such as niger, and far below that have languages as english and their dialects!
arab countries of north africa should be named as grand magreb! and this should include coutries like morroco, algeria,tunisia libya( they have the same dilects they speak french and arabic but i refer myself to their dialect understood between them!
middle east start from egypt as egypt although african country from north but considered as stated above, – moyen orient! speak arabic with classical something north african do use only in writing communication or admin and not every day life!
the chages made recenely to africa / middle east is defenit- no no!
geografically wron g i hope camfrog will take this issue seriouselly and remodify, as they hve left a lot people very unsatisfied!!- thx!

When I enter a video room, a notice appears that says:
Camfrog is unable to connect to the video streams in this room. Please check your firewall/antivirus software settings or visit the Camfrog FAQ page.
I haven’t changed any firewall/antivirus software setting till now.But it cannot work now while it was OK at the past time. Please help me to solve the problem, and mail to me.

how do I access other countries ? I am located in Thailand and unable to access USA chat groups or any other country for that mater. Is this some form of cencorship ? Will Camfrog Pro make a difference ?
Thialand only lets you acess local rooms and no longer over 18 section .
